The app description is misleading. The iOS9 bug is currently not fixed. No access to the data stick under iOS 9.0.x on iPad Air or iPhone6. For older versions (iOS8) it is still working. Please fix...

I had problems with the device not being recognised by iphone and ipad. Sent them an email and within 1 hour the answer came with a link to download an update tool for the firmware. The update worked ok and now I can use the device. Good support.

The device seemed to work when I first bought it last summer. I didn’t use it again until now (December 2015) and it will not work on my iPhone 6. Neither my phone nor my Macbook recognizes the device. I tried downloading the software update (zip file) from PNY’s website. The extracted file is an .exe file which OSX does not recognize. I re-installed the app on my phone and it does not work.

This device is apparently not compatible with ios9. Wish I would have known that before I spent $50 on it.

Purchased to use on my iPhone 6 & when inserted, doesnt even register that a device is even there?!?!

Ever since the update the app doesnt recognize when I connect the memory card. Fix this now.

Since the update it will not connect to my iPhone rendering this completely useless to me!!! Fix!!! And Ill re rate appropriately!!!!

Does not recognize storage device. Totally useless app and product.

Please add the feature to lock the device with touch id or password like sandisk ixpand ! Also try to improve the app interface. Very disappointed.

The latest iOS for iPhone and iPad are incapatible with this device; it doesnt work. Support offers a Zip drive update that cannot be opened on an iPhone even with a Zip-opening application. Dont buy until PNY figures this one out.

Wish I could rate 0 stars !! This device is garbage. The fact so many complaints of the same issue over many months and no resolution only makes me believe this company is stealing peoples money ! Returning it tomorrow morning. DO NOT BUY !

Its great, so bloody buy it.

Works great. Only problem I have with it is you cant swipe through your pics that are on the drive when you are looking at them.

Well....its a start! To be fair, its new and comes with minimal instructions, and you cant find much about it yet online...so Im going to assume that is part of the issue, but it seems to be less convenient than anticipated. There does not seem to be a way to organize or separate any of the files saved to the device. (No folders or categories to separate videos from photos) etc. They all just get randomly thrown together (out of order) which makes it a nightmare to find any particular file again, unless you scroll through thousands of TINY thumbnails! Needle-in-a-hay-stack:( ....but hey, at least theyre there somewhere......I hope! ......and it only took about 5-10 minutes to copy 4,000 files opposed to the hours it took to copy them to a cloud.

Id advise creating separate folders on the drive storage instead of copying everything at once. That way you can choose which files go into what folder. Really quick transfer.
