Doesnt work on iPhone 5 with iOS 9.

I had to go to PNY.com website to make it work with ios9 but it was worth it!!!

Does not connect to thumb drive... Most Im able to do is move pictures from my photos to the app photos... Wouldnt buy product until they update the software!

Ive deleted and re-installed several times. It still doesnt work. I wish I had read the other reviews before I bought it. I wouldnt have wasted my time of money.

If it doesnt work, make sure you upgrade your flash drive by downloading a software from pny website and follow the upgrade instruction.

I just read all the reviews and wouldnt have bought this if I had known. It doesnt work! Did you guys ever fix it. Otherwise Im taking it back tomorrow.

Obviously doesnt work for all iphones. PNy needs to step up their customer service. Recommend to Return your devices and get your money back. Cheap software/hardware dont work.

I thought it doesnt work, like the other reviews say, but I upgraded the device (like one of the review said to do). After that the device worked, it was very easy to use and was worth the $39 price! (Plug the device on the computer and press update)

Dont waste your money this product doesnt work at all with iPhone 5s I have updated removed & reinstalled numerous times this product is a scam

No response via email or phone, customer support is useless. Do not purchase this it does not work on anything at all! If there was negative stars they would receive them.

It works good on my iPhone 6 iOS 9.2!!! So proud of this flash drive!!!

Worked on both iPad and iPhone while on 9.3. Stoping working after 9.3.1. I updated the drive (PNY) on it stared working on my iPad Pro. But....will not work with my iPhone 6S+. Both on iOS 9.3.1. Boooo!

Paid a lot of money on this flash drive and its never worked! My phone doesnt even show on the app that the storage device is connected! The drive lights up and thats about it. Very disappointed. I click on app support and the web page doesnt even exist. Pathetic.

Really wish there was support for extensions within iOS. Like the ability to pull up the app file system within another app like Apple does with iCloud.
