I had problems with the device not being recognised by iphone and ipad. Sent them an email and within 1 hour the answer came with a link to download an update tool for the firmware. The update worked ok and now I can use the device. Good support.
Some bad moments
The app description is misleading. The iOS9 bug is currently not fixed. No access to the data stick under iOS 9.0.x on iPad Air or iPhone6. For older versions (iOS8) it is still working. Please fix...
The device seemed to work when I first bought it last summer. I didn’t use it again until now (December 2015) and it will not work on my iPhone 6. Neither my phone nor my Macbook recognizes the device. I tried downloading the software update (zip file) from PNY’s website. The extracted file is an .exe file which OSX does not recognize. I re-installed the app on my phone and it does not work.
This device is apparently not compatible with ios9. Wish I would have known that before I spent $50 on it.
Purchased to use on my iPhone 6 & when inserted, doesnt even register that a device is even there?!?!
Ever since the update the app doesnt recognize when I connect the memory card. Fix this now.
Since the update it will not connect to my iPhone rendering this completely useless to me!!! Fix!!! And Ill re rate appropriately!!!!
