Hmmm! HELP.....?hello.....!

Well....its a start! To be fair, its new and comes with minimal instructions, and you cant find much about it yet online...so Im going to assume that is part of the issue, but it seems to be less convenient than anticipated. There does not seem to be a way to organize or separate any of the files saved to the device. (No folders or categories to separate videos from photos) etc. They all just get randomly thrown together (out of order) which makes it a nightmare to find any particular file again, unless you scroll through thousands of TINY thumbnails! Needle-in-a-hay-stack:( ....but hey, at least theyre there somewhere......I hope! ......and it only took about 5-10 minutes to copy 4,000 files opposed to the hours it took to copy them to a cloud.
