Please update it doesnt work in iOS 9

I bet this would really work great, it just need to be fixed for ios9. Pny get on this ASAP!

Still does not work with iOS 9. Sad when even their link to app support here comes up with a 404 error page. Emailed their support. They send a link to a Windows exe file to update the firmware on the dongle. I dont do Windows. iOS 9 was in beta testing for 3 months and you still cant support it correctly? Will certainly make me question buying ANY product from your company again after this cluster...

Duo Link device still does not recognize on iPhone 6 plus running iOS 9!

This is an update ! Its working now . I deleted the app , and plugged the flash drive on my phone . Reinstalled the app. Everything is good now . It doesnt even recognize the flash drive. I tried many ways . Ill keep it for a week and see if they update it in order to work. If not then Ill return it to the store .

Absolute garbage!!!! This device will not engage with my iPhone. Tried and tried. Researched and tried again. Its just garbage. Money wasted. Ill never buy pny again. And Ill spend some time blogging and bashing their product because theyve stolen time and money from me. So its on now.

WTC!!!! Have repeatedly tried to install reinstall. Omg!! I think I have lost my photos too. A The bottom of the screen theres two Device markings one for your phone and one for the storage device every time I thought I was moving photos nothing would show on the storage device. Now my phone has no storage and I think my photos in the iCloud are gone too.

The Customer support is a jungle of voice mail prompts. Why is this not fixed yet. I spent $40.00 on the Drive. Fix it for the love of God!

Hope this helps someone before wasting your time and money. Same issue as everyone else who purchased this product which was "made specifically for the iPhone," it Does not work. no matter how many times you delete and reinstall the app. the update (which doesnt have an "apple" download link or instructions that are not in that weird Microsoft windows speak i.e. Right click, start menu, control panel etc. Really guys? ) is a windows file update going to help anyone who purchased this item? No help on the pny website, when I could get there without being redirected to another product I dont want. the qr code on the back of the package it came in doesnt take you to the Apple Store to download the duo link app, no that would be too compatible, but instead takes you to the Google store, for some odd reason, to a different app the cant be downloaded on the iPhone. Wow pny, pretty sure "compatible" and "made for iPhone " mean something totally different to your company because thats the only thing I can think of to justify releasing a product as incompatible and not made nor designed for the iPhone as this product. Im sure Im not the only one, so like all the other very unsatisfied customers, getting my money back. Ps the support link in the App Store (Apple App Store) next to write a review link also doesnt seem to work. Page not found, had to laugh at that one. Nothing if not consistent

Not worth the money. I took my lightning flash drive back. It would not work. I did everything their support told me to do and it still would not transfer any files! Total junk!

Great concept, but does not work on my device due to IOS 9 compatibility. The only fix the company has on the support site requires a windows based PC to update firmware. If you have a Mac, you seem to be out of luck and stuck with an expensive flash drive.

I am done buying any product from PNY ever again your app does not recognize the device is complete garbage $48 wasted I took the flash drive and drilled holes all through it and mailed it to you guys

Dont know if its the product or the app. But the stupid thing doesnt work. Contacts and drive storage are not accessible from application.

Boycott anything from this company ... I hate getting ripped off ....
